The Motorola Atrix was a reasonable smartphone, in and of itself, but what elevated it above the pack was the fact it could be slotted into a laptop dock, allowing the phone to essentially become a netbook-sized laptop.
According to This Is My Next, a successor to that phone will soon be released. It is currently known by two names, the first being Motorola Edison, and the second being the more familiar sounding Motorola Atrix 2. But will it be a worthy successor to that phone?
